Going to Alberta this weekend, to visit family for Thanksgiving (it's the second Monday in Octobre, up here in Canuckland). It's not really a big deal to me, but what the hell, I usually only get to see these kinfolks twice a year.

I'm still waiting on that film scanner. Either Andres or Nikon dropped the ball, my guess would be Nikon (I have mentioned before that Nikon Canada is a joke, and it's a poor one at that). Oh well, the Assistant Manager at Andres in Penticton is going to "see if he can get me better price on the scanner."
