U'ld think it was winter or something

The temperature outside is a touch below freezing right now, and it's snowing. Grand Forks, and it seems about a third of the whole damn province, is under a snow warning; 10-20cm expected to fall overnight (that's 4-8 inches for those of U that don't speak metric) with an extra 10cm expected at elevation. And that's just to start. By mid week, our local daytime high is supposed to be about -15C (about 5 degrees Fahrenheit).

The pic was shot on a nice warm summer night, at the Jewel Lake Resort. f5.6 for 15 minutes at the 28mm end of my zoom, recorded on ASA200 Fuji Superia.

*edit: 8:30pm, I just cleared 3-4cm off of the deck, that much less to clear tomorrow morning.*
